Saturday 28/1/12

Combination of double kettlebells, bodyweight and single kettlebell work this morning. Timing was on the bear crawl exercise. 1st round to warm up then twice of 2 times round with no rest. Finished with 5 minutes of following ab circuit - 1 min of ab pullovers, 1 min of Russian twists, 1 min of plank on kb and 1 min R & L of side plank on kb.

Agility and team work tonight with some sock grabbing action! Team 1 were looking good for most of it but a late comeback gave the win to Team 2

Tonight saw us see KBC at Longparish out in style. This session was a tough one even by our standards! There was plenty of swearing and angry faces but determination was the name of the game. This sort of workout could only really be done as a group because on your own you would soon cut it short. Well done everyone, you gave it your all.

New exercise involving elfs!!!!

It was during thursdays nights session that I accidentally captured Nick performing a new type of plank! It seems that from somewhere he found himself an elf to ride on his back whilst in the plank position!!! This man will stop at nothing to try and make KBC even harder!!!!



Next week we will be doing elf swings if we can get hold of some more!

The Death Race took place this evening! Everyone paired up and fought it out over static holds and the deadly assault course. The team put in maximum effort and the results couldn't have been closer. Welcome also to Neil to his first KBC session.

Hitting the obliques and back extensors hard tonight with this 20 minute blast. Moving quickly between exercises was key to achieving high rounds. Good work everyone.

The first KBC Saturday is here! The hardcore turned up for an early morning tabata session. 5 exercises, 8 rounds with plenty of warm up before and stretching after. Good work everyone. Nice way to set yourself up for the weekend.
