To all existing and old members! It has been long overdue for everyone to get together and have a relaxed chat about aching muscles and blisters! We are meeting up for a drink/food on Friday 23rd September at the Royal Oak in Goodworth Clatford at 7.30.
Hope as many of you as possible can make it.

More of an endurance session tonight to tax the abdominals!

Good work everyone.

Thursday 18/8/2011

Horrible wet night tonight but the hardcore members braved the weather only to get wet inside instead!

Lots of grunting and groaning but the work didn't stop! Well done to everyone

Tuesday 16/8/11

Another hard session tonight. As usual everyone gave it their all and achieved some great results. Really good to see a bigger Crowd on Tuesday's too.

Like we said it's a hard one!

And the results are ..............

Thursday 11/8/11

Hard ladder session tonight but plenty of hard work as usual. Video to prove it!

Thursday 4/8/11

Bigger hall tonight so we used it!

Really hot session with plenty of effort put in by everyone. Even had some torn skin to prove it!

Tuesday 2/8/11

Simple but brutal tonight!

Welcome to David for his first Kbc session.

Hard work by everyone tonight on such a hot evening. Tom with 20's, Nick with 16's, Steve, James and David with 10's and Anthony, Vicky and Annie with 8's. Really impressed with how much everyone came on with their jerk technique tonight. Roll on Thursday!
