Managed to get outside again tonight but unfortunately were joined by the mosquito's, sorry everyone! Made the most of the light evenings though with some more clean, jerk and snatch practice. Welcome also to Fiona and Tricia to their first Kbc session.

Well what can I say! Monster session tonight that I think did the job of turning everyone to jelly. To all those involved, well done and think yourselves lucky. The lunges were going to be double the distance and there was going to be squat thrusts between each set of farmers walk!!!!! Maybe next time ;-)

Horrible wet night tonight but the hardcore members braved the weather only to get wet inside instead!

Another hard session tonight. As usual everyone gave it their all and achieved some great results. Really good to see a bigger Crowd on Tuesday's too.
