1. Farmers walk around room/suitcase deadliest
2. Push press
3. Bent over row
4. Squat in rack
5. Chest press
6. Get ups
7. One handed swings
8. Farmers walk/suitcase deadliest
2 mins rest
Repeat left hand.
Finished off with a max weight get up L&R
