Return of a workout we did a few months ago but with a slight variation. Worth repeating!

4 rounds of -

40x Swings
10x Snatch R
10x Snatch L
10x Clean R
10x Clean L
10x Thruster R
10x Thruster L
40x Swings

Rest for 2 minutes when the last person of each round finishes.
