Monday 9/7/12

It's been a while since we did some ladder work so here it is. Three exercises with a focus on good technique. Aim is to work up all 10 weights and if form goes before you do then get 9 sets done up to a weight that you can manage with good technique.

The competition team continued their quest to get bigger better and stronger ;-)
