Monday 24/9/12

8x2 minute blasts tonight of a kettlebell exercise followed by a bodyweight exercise. Just what you need to set you up for the week!

Saturday 22/9/12

More ladder work this morning-

With 2x6,8,10,12,16,20,24,28,32,36kg Bells.
The aim is to complete the ladder from bottom to top of each exercise with each weight in good form. If this is not achievable then 6 good solid sets of ascending weights.

The exercises-

10x double swing (10x of each weight)

10x windmill (choice of single or with pick up)

10x Double chest press (two together, sea-saw style or rolling bridge Sea-saw style)

Thursday 20/9/12

One tonight to get a bit wet about! 20 minutes of work after a decent warm up. Work through all the exercises first on one side then repeat with the other, finish it off with a quick run and complete as many rounds as possible. Good stuff.

Monday 17/9/12

Biathlon is the name of the game tonight so Jerks and Snatches were in plentiful supply.

Three sets of jerks, the first heavier than persons usual weight, second their usual weight then the last the weight below. Snatches followed the same pattern and each set had longer rests overhead and concentrated on breathing.
