Saturday 22/9/12

More ladder work this morning-

With 2x6,8,10,12,16,20,24,28,32,36kg Bells.
The aim is to complete the ladder from bottom to top of each exercise with each weight in good form. If this is not achievable then 6 good solid sets of ascending weights.

The exercises-

10x double swing (10x of each weight)

10x windmill (choice of single or with pick up)

10x Double chest press (two together, sea-saw style or rolling bridge Sea-saw style)
