Combination of double kettlebells, bodyweight and single kettlebell work this morning. Timing was on the bear crawl exercise. 1st round to warm up then twice of 2 times round with no rest. Finished with 5 minutes of following ab circuit - 1 min of ab pullovers, 1 min of Russian twists, 1 min of plank on kb and 1 min R & L of side plank on kb.
