KBC new location and new day started as of today! After a tough warm up we set about on some ladder work. Starting light and going as heavy as you can keeping good form. when a weight is reached that cannot be bettered you make sure you have completed 9 sets of total work i.e. 8's, 10's, 12's, 16's, 20's (max weight achievable), 20's, 20's, 20's, 20's (9 sets total). First 10 reps of each weight of double swings then 5 reps of each weight Jerks - Concentrating on form and technique.
